The DEI Lighthouse Programme

As part of the Global Parity Consortium the DEI Lighthouse Programme is designed to pragmatically identify proven, effective DEI initiatives from companies across industries and geographies and to share key lessons learned with business and public sector leaders around the world.

A DEI Lighthouse is an initiative that has demonstrated significant, scalable, quantifiable, and sustained impact for (an) underrepresented group(s).

The aim of the Lighthouse Programme is to equip leaders with best practices to help focus DEI efforts on what works best, and ultimately contribute to faster, scalable DEI impact.

1. Written Submission: Organizations submit a detailed description of their case via this confidential online form.

2. Follow-up Call: Organizations which submissions fulfil the minimum requirements to become a Lighthouse will join a call with the World Economic Forum’s DEI team for a consultation on their case.

3. Expert panel selection: The Forum’s DEI team prepares a standardized and anonymized synthesis of all cases based on the written submission and follow-up call.
